Mylvin Jr. plays a key role in shaping the vision and philosophy of Arquiza Builder and Development Corp. As a leader, he oversees every stage of project delivery—from strategic planning and cost management to execution and overall project implementation—ensuring that each development is completed with excellence, efficiency, and integrity.

With over 21 years of industry experience, Mylvin Jr. has successfully contributed to a diverse portfolio of projects across the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, and Singapore. His expertise spans retail, residential, commercial, and high-rise mixed-use developments, providing him with a broad perspective on international construction standards and best practices.

Early in his career, he gained valuable experience working on MDC’s Rockwell developments and projects for McDonald’s Philippines, laying the foundation for his commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence.

Today, Mylvin Jr. is dedicated to leading Arquiza Builder and Development Corp. toward becoming a globally recognized construction and development company. Guided by a multidisciplinary approach that integrates engineering, architecture, interior design, construction, project development, and planning, he champions the use of innovative technologies, industry expertise, and strategic management to deliver sustainable, high-quality developments that create lasting value for clients and communities.

Arch. Genedie A. Arquiza is the President and Design Head of Arquiza Builder and Development Corp., bringing over 22 years of professional experience in architecture, design, and construction. Recognized for her creative vision and technical expertise, she leads the company’s design direction while ensuring that every project reflects innovation, functionality, and excellence.

She began her architectural career in Singapore, where she completed a two-year apprenticeship program before obtaining her professional license in 2006. Her international experience provided her with a strong foundation in delivering high-quality projects within one of Asia’s most technically advanced and demanding construction environments.

Throughout her career, Arch. Arquiza has successfully led and collaborated with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams on a wide range of developments, including high-rise residential and commercial buildings, hotels, and mixed-use developments. Her expertise spans architectural design, design consultancy, project management, construction coordination, and technical leadership, enabling her to oversee projects from concept through completion.

Committed to continuous learning and professional growth, she is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design at the Philippine Women’s University, further strengthening her ability to deliver integrated architectural and interior design solutions.
